   I do get piss at God too when bad thing happens to good people,so when I heard your
   injury I was piss at God！😡
   But I’m glad that you made it through and
   gain your strenth from it. You’re so strong!
   If I were you ,I think I’ll be depressed for the
   rest of my life.😅 lol

   I’m Japanese but didn’t know about kintsugi!😦 That is so deep!

   Showing gratitude for sacred friend is so
   hard! Part of me is still piss at them for
   bringing me so much pain and difficulties,
   but I am grateful for letting me realized what
   is important to me because they treat me
   poorly. My parents taught me how love and
   emotional support is important for a human
   being because they didn’t give it to me.
   I value kindness and empathy and compassion because they didn’t show them
   to me. They helped me to build up my humanity so I’m grateful for that.

   My ex taught me that I deserve better and all
   other unhealthy relationship I had taught me
   I want to have something which is healthy and stable.

   My stalkers helped me understand about the
   importantance of having clear boundaries
   and how a person should treated with respect. They helped me realized someone
   I don’t want to become,and helped me to have
   a clear direction of how I want to become,
   someone who can respect others and be
   kind and gentle to them.

   sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, it only makes me want to be a kinder
   person . kind and gentle in every level.
   I can understand the pain within a person
   because of what I’ve been through,so that’s
   good.

   And most of all, because of my experience,
   I get the chance to know loving supportive
   people like you guys to help me heal and
   become better. I’m super grateful for that.🥺
   The world is a kinder place than I thought.

   Mat, thank you for always listening to me,
   feeling me and holding my hands when I’m
   in pain. ( and make me laugh from time to
   time!😆)

   I know I’m difficult (and weired lol) but you have been so patient and supportive with me.
